We had the opportunity to attend New York denim days on June 2019, a fair full of information and trends of the denim business,
allowing us to inspire for our new developments.
Trends like vibrant aleatory finishes with a Japanese style, hand-made (DIY feeling) art on denim and earthy tones for coloring, were key for the season; Along with authentic vibes (design on fabrics that resemble patchwork), utility fits and aesthetics who also were present in this edition of the fair.
In addition, we got to see Jeanologia’s EIM project (which we are implementing in our company at the moment), an environmental Impact Measuring software for
the garment finishing industry, created to allow companies like CI JEANS keep track and build more sustainable processes.

Tuvimos la oportunidad de asistir a los New York Denim Days
en Junio de 2019, una feria llena de información y tendencias del mundo denim,
que nos inspira para crear nuestros nuevos desarrollos.
Tendencias como acabados aleatorios con un estilo japonés, arte
hecha a mano sobre denim y teñidos en tonos tierra, fueron claves para la
temporada; junto con vibras auténticas (diseños sobre telas que se asemejan al
patchwork), fits y estéticas utilitarias también estuvieron presentes en esta
edición de la feria.
Adicionalmente, vimos el proyecto EIM de Jeanología (el cual
estamos implementando en nuestra compañía actualmente), un software para medir
el impacto ambiental de la industria, en los acabados de lavandería, creada
para permitir a compañías como C.I. JEANS monitorear y seguir construyendo
procesos más sostenibles.
